Nazia also advises on cross-border family law matters, working with lawyers in other jurisdictions to ensure coordinated advice where clients have international connections.
Nazia is recognised for her expertise in advising clients on matters involving Islamic marriage and divorce. She holds an LLM from UCL (LSE/SOAS), specialising in Islamic family law, and authored the chapter on ‘Distinctive Aspects of Islamic Law’ in The International Family Law Practice — a leading practitioner guide to cross-border family law.
