Ginny carefully manages the initial client engagement process, setting a professional and friendly tone for what can often be a stressful experience. She gathers and organises all the necessary client information and compliance documentation, helping our legal team prepare effectively for each case.
Throughout the onboarding process, Ginny stays in close contact with clients, answering any questions and keeping them updated on what to expect next. Her approachable nature helps put clients at ease, providing the support they need during this time.
Ginny’s extensive experience and compassionate approach ensure that every client feels well-cared for from the moment they start working with us.
Before joining Thomas Mansfield, Ginny worked at a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in central London, where she gained valuable experience across many areas of family law. She also earned a distinction in her CILEX paralegal qualification, highlighting her expertise and commitment to the field.
