Megan Siddle
Client Onboarding Assistant
As Client Onboarding Assistant, Megan Siddle plays an important role in guiding new clients through the initial stages of their engagement with the family law team. From first enquiry to arranging a consultation with one of our specialist family lawyers, Megan ensures that each individual is welcomed with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
She understands the sensitive and often emotional nature of family matters, and provides a calm, reassuring first point of contact for those navigating separation, divorce or issues involving children and finances. Her thoughtful approach helps clients feel supported and informed from the outset.
Megan works closely with our family solicitors in London and the South East to ensure that key information is accurately recorded, appointments are coordinated promptly, and each client is guided through the onboarding process with care and clarity. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail help ensure a seamless transition into the legal process.
Before joining Thomas Mansfield, Megan worked in compliance within the medical insurance sector – a role that developed her focus on accuracy, discretion and people-first service.
Megan’s previous experience at a leading regional law firm confirmed her ambition to pursue a career in the legal sector, where her natural empathy and structured approach could support clients during some of life’s most difficult transitions.

Thomas Mansfield has an exceptional and highly collaborative team. Whenever my key point of contact has been away, issues are quickly picked up and dealt with by other members of the team, all of whom appear to have a great, collective and collaborative understanding of their clients’ issues.
