We Welcome Kate Newton New Family Lawyer In Guildford

Guildford, 6 July 2020 – Specialist law firm Thomas Mansfield Solicitors expands its family law department with the appointment of non-confrontational divorce and separation lawyer Kate Newton. Kate qualified in 2016 and joins from Burgess Mee Family Law. She will be based in the Guildford office of the firm.

Kate advises on a range of issues including financial settlements, private law children matters, domestic violence and injunctions. She understands that these issues can be very difficult and aims to deal with them in a sensitive and conciliatory manner. She recognises the importance of keeping matters out of court, but when court proceedings become necessary, Kate has experience in guiding clients through the process.
