Family law team welcomes new partner

Thomas Mansfield Family Law has welcomed family law specialist Kate Rayner to the team.

Kate joins as a partner from a national family law practice where she headed up the Tunbridge Well’s office. A solicitor of over 25 years, she brings a wealth of experience in helping people and families resolve their issues.

Recognised in The Legal 500 as ‘calm and professional’,  Kate is a Resolution family law specialist with accreditations in financial divorce settlements and arrangements for children post separation.

Kate is also a trained collaborative lawyer, bolstering the team’s credentials as lawyers who help clients achieve the best outcomes with minimal conflict.

Kate advises on divorce settlements, cohabitation disputes, nuptial and separation agreements and disputes between parents and relatives over arrangements for children. She regularly acts for clients in private law children cases.

Kate specialises in medium to high net worth financial cases involving family businesses, shareholdings in public companies and complex trust structures.
