Kate is a Partner at Thomas Mansfield and heads up the family team at the Guildford branch.
Kate has over twenty years’ experience as a Solicitor and can advise on all areas of family law relating to the breakdown of a marriage, civil partnership or cohabiting relationship as well as financial provision for the children of unmarried parents. Kate has experience in acting for clients which involve complex matters or substantial assets or where there is a family business or trust element.
Kate is also experienced in advising on bespoke agreements aimed at preserving wealth both pre and post marriage including cohabitation agreements.
Kate can advise on all issues which may arise in relation to private law children matters including arrangements for the children on the parents’ separation, wardship, adoption, child relocation in the UK and international leave to remove.
