Hollie qualified in 2017 at a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in London. She joined Thomas Mansfield Solicitors in March 2019.
Hollie advises on a wide range of family law matters including; divorce, financial, children and disputes between unmarried couples.
Hollie is regularly instructed on mid to high net worth matters including on a matter where assets were in excess of £5 million. Hollie adopts a pragmatic approach when advising clients and recognises the importance of trying to reach agreement outside of court. Where this is not possible Hollie has a wealth of experience with preparing matters for court and advising clients throughout the process.
Hollie understands the sensitive approach that is required when dealing with matters concerning children. She recognises that in most cases, parents are best placed to make decisions about their children but where this cannot be agreed she is able to advise clients accordingly.
Where court proceedings are issued she advises and assists clients throughout the process.
Hollie has experience on a wide range of children matters including; where there have been allegations of domestic violence, child abuse and parental alienation.
