New partner for Thomas Mansfield’s Family law team

Thomas Mansfield Solicitors has welcomed family law specialist Kate Rayner to its 16-strong family law team.

Kate joins as a Partner from a national family law practice where she headed up the Tunbridge Well’s office. A solicitor of over 20 years, she brings a wealth of experience in helping people and families resolve their issues.

Recognised in The Legal 500 as ‘calm and professional’, Kate is a Resolution accredited specialist in advanced family matters and children law. She advises on divorce settlements, cohabitation disputes, nuptial and separation agreements, and disputes between parents and relatives over arrangements for children, regularly acting for clients in private law children cases. Her particular specialism is in medium to high-net-worth financial cases involving family-run businesses, shareholdings in public companies and complex trust structures.

Kate’s skills as a collaborative lawyer bolsters the team’s credentials as lawyers who help clients achieve the best resolution in the least acrimonious way.
